This simple sandwich lets vine-ripened summer tomatoes be the star of the dish.
For the Sandwich
4 slices of white bread
1 large Beefsteak tomato
2-4 TBSP Dukes Mayo (to taste)
Slice tomato into medium-thick slices and set aside. Generously spread mayonnaise onto each slice of bread. Layer tomato slices onto a single slice of bread and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper, to taste. Add the final slice of bread on top to make your sandwich. Enjoy!
