Mom’s Impossible Cheeseburger Pie


1-2 lb ground beef
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
3/4 C water
1/2 C finely chopped onion
1 1/2 C finely shredded cheese of your choice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 milk
3 large eggs
3/4 C Bisquick mix


1 Lightly grease a 9×13 pan (or two pie pans) and set the oven temperature to 400 degrees.

2 Cook and drain ground beef. Add onion soup mix and 3/4 cup of water, let simmer until liquid is gone.
